DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Serwan is responsible for the operations and service delivery to our customers. With a career spanning over 20 years, Serwan has consistently demonstrated his ability to provide high levels of service to customers by focusing on ensuring best practice processes are implemented and additional value added services identified and executed.
Playing a significant role in Service Master Solutions's operations, Serwan brings his wealth of knowledge of working with comparable companies and service requirements across all sectors.
He personally oversees the company's operations and provides leadership and support to our customer service managers, visits customers and undertakes site inspections to ensure our service delivery meets expectations.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As a founding director of Service Master Solutions, Val is instrumental in driving Service Master Solutions growth and development into an integrated property services company that currently employs over 165 full time and part time employees.
Val has over 35 years experience in senior management positions within the service industry.
In that time, he has worked his way up from area manager level to managing companies with a national employee base of over 3,500 employees.
Val's experience within the many facets of the Facility Services industry provides him with the knowledge and experience to drive performance and continuously exceed our customers expectations.
Service Master Solutions employees are required to attend an induction prior to commencing work on any site, as well as to participate in a mandatory training as per the Training Needs Analysis and to attend elective training when required.
All staff providing services on a Service Master Solutions site are provided with sufficient induction and training. They are both experienced and competent and support the company's objectives and our clients site requirements.
